We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our Paris office. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in office administration, workplace operations, and team coordination in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Location: Paris, France Type: Internship (Full-time, or at least 4 days per week) Duration: 4 - 6 months Start Date: immediately What You’ll Do: Support the smooth running of the Paris office on a daily basis Greet visitors and help with scheduling meetings and logistics Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and team activities Help new employees onboard and coordinate their workspace setup Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Assist in internal communications and office-related updates What We’re Looking For: Currently enrolled in a university program or recent graduate (Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take the initiative Comfortable working in French and English environment, Chinese is a plus Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace tools What We Offer: Hands-on experience in office operations and team support A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity to work in an international team Potential for growth or future opportunities within the company
