ABOUT THE JOB (French version down below) As a Senior e-Retail Manager at Byredo, and reporting directly to our Business Development Director (APAC & TR) , you will be responsible for defining and implementing the brand’s global online retail strategy. You will ensure a consistent and elevated digital experience aligned with Byredo’s identity, working closely with Business Development, Marketing, Studio, and e-Commerce teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO e-Retail Marketing Strategy : Define and implement a 360° digital activation strategy across the websites of authorized retail partners (site animations, sampling programs, ratings & reviews, e-CRM strategies, retail media, organic and paid social media visibility, etc.). e-Retail Distribution Strategy : Support local markets in optimizing e-Retail distribution and ensure adherence to selection criteria; Approve store openings and closures in coordination with local teams and Business Development. Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Consolidate and analyze global e-Retail results at HQ level; Share performance updates with top management during quarterly reviews; Define e-Retail sell-out targets in collaboration with local teams and Business Development, and monitor progress regularly. Strategic Support for Top 5 Markets : Provide dedicated support for top-performing markets through performance reviews, marketing investment follow-up, tailored campaigns or product launches, and retailer partnerships. Digital Activations & Guidelines : Develop and roll out activation guidelines ( e-Retail toolkits ) to maximize the impact of new product launches across markets; Co-develop and consolidate local activation calendars to support new launches and key commercial periods; Ensure high-quality execution of marketing activations in line with brand excellence standards; Analyze post-activation performance and support markets in optimizing future campaigns; Develop branding guidelines to enhance brand visibility on partner sites and ensure consistency across all markets (brand spaces, e-merchandising, product pages, services, and customer journey). Innovation & Trend Monitoring : Stay ahead of digital luxury market trends and propose innovative initiatives to position Byredo at the forefront of the industry. Cross-functional Collaboration : Business Development (new distribution channels, retail partnerships, online performance growth); Marketing & Studio (creation of tailored content for e-Retail, sharing e-Retail-specific needs, packaging optimization); e-Commerce (synergies and complementarity between e-Retail and DTC, performance sharing). WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER Master’s degree (Business School, Marketing, e-Commerce, or equivalent). 6–8 years of experience in e-Commerce, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or premium beauty sectors. Significant experience managing e-Retail platforms is essential. Expertise in data analysis and use of web performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong knowledge of the luxury sector, niche markets, and e-commerce trends. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and align strategies across teams (Business Development, Marketing, Studio, e-Commerce). Solid team management experience with a focus on individual and collective skill development. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions. Sensitivity to brand image and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. A PROPOS DU POSTE En tant que Responsable e-Retail Senior chez Byredo, rattaché(e) à notre Business Development Director (APAC & TR) , vous serez en charge de définir et de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de vente en ligne de la marque sur un périmètre mondial. Vous assurerez une parfaite cohérence entre l'identité de Byredo et son expérience en ligne, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Business Development, Marketing, Studio, et e-Commerce. VOS MISSIONS Stratégie Marketing e-Retail : définir et mettre en place la stratégie d’animation digitale 360° sur les sites de nos partenaires agrées (animation sur les sites, sampling, ratings & reviews, stratégie e-CRM, retail media, visibilité réseaux sociaux (organique et sponsorisée) etc… Stratégie de Distribution e-Retail : accompagner les marchés dans l’optimisation de la distribution e-Retail et assurer le respects des critères de sélection; validation des ouvertures et fermetures en collaboration avec les équipes locales et Business Development Suivi de l’activité, reporting et optimisation des performances : Consolidation et analyse des résultats e-Retail monde au niveau HQ; Partage des performances auprès du top management (revues trimestrielles); Définition des targets sell-out e-Retail en collaboration avec les équipes locales et Business Development et suivi régulier des performances Accompagnement spécifique du top 5 marchés : suivi des performances, suivi des investissements marketing, développement spécifiques (campagne/produits…), partenariats retailers… Activations digitales et guidelines : Définition et développement des guidelines d’activation (e-Retail toolkits) pour maximiser les nouveaux lancements produit dans les marchés. Co-construction et consolidation des plans d’animations locaux pour soutenir les nouveaux lancements produits et périodes commerciales locales clés Assurer la bonne exécution des activations marketing et le respect des standards d’excellence de la marque Consolidation des performances post-activation et accompagnement des marchés dans l’optimisation des activations futures Développement de guidelines branding pour mettre en valeur la marque sur les sites de nos partenaires et assurer la cohérence sur l’ensemble des marchés (espace de marque, guidelines e-merchandising, pages produit, services et parcours client) Innovation et tendances : Surveiller les évolutions du secteur du luxe digital et proposer des initiatives novatrices pour maintenir Byredo à l’avant-garde du marché. Collaboration avec les équipes internes : Business Development (nouveaux canaux de distribution, partenariats retailers, développement des performances online…), Marketing et Studio (développement de contenus adaptés aux besoins e-Retail, partage spécificités e-Retail, optimisation du package e-Retail…) et e-Commerce (synergies et complémentarité e-Retail / DTC, partages de performances…). PROFIL RECHERCHE Formation : Bac 5 (École de commerce, marketing, e-commerce ou équivalent). Expérience : Minimum 6 à 8 ans d’expérience dans le secteur du e-commerce, idéalement dans le luxe, la mode ou les cosmétiques haut de gamme. Une expérience significative dans la gestion de sites e-retail est essentielle. Compétences : Expertise dans l’analyse de données et l’utilisation d'outils de performance web (Google Analytics, etc.). Connaissance approfondie des enjeux du secteur du luxe, de la Niche et des tendances du e-commerce. Capacité à gérer des projets transversaux avec des équipes internes (Business Development, Marketing, Studio, e-Commerce) pour assurer une collaboration efficace et une stratégie alignée. Solides compétences en management, avec une expérience dans l’accompagnement du développement des compétences individuelles et collectives. Forte capacité d’analyse et aptitude à prendre des décisions stratégiques basées sur les résultats. Sensibilité à l’image de la marque et à l’excellence de l’expérience client. Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit. Qualités personnelles : Créativité, capacité à proposer des idées novatrices et à anticiper les tendances du marché.
