Job Description
We are looking for a person who will join Moleskine as an Assistant Account Manager Intern of the Wholesale team based in Paris. Scope of the role The Assistant Account Manager Wholesale Intern will report to the Wholesales Key Account Manager France, and she/he will oversee operational and back-office activities to support sales throughout the whole commercial process. Main responsibilities Client Relationship & Commercial support WHOLESALE (independent and national client) Assist in the daily management (reporting, inquiries). Managing e-mail campaigns to customers and follow up. Deal with operations team to check the level of stock. Deal with the logistic partners to assure the fulfil rate per order. Monitoring the delivery status of each order. Help prepare client meetings, presentation and business review. Translate customers presentation from English to French. Follow up Order tracking, delivery timelines, and logistics follow-up). Coordination actions between internal departments (marketing, logistics). Update customer databases, CRM, assortment files (Salesforce). Sell in / Sell out. Analysis & reporting Monitor commercial performances (sales,volumes datas). Store and client performance reports. Identify and share market trends and client needs. Marketing Competitive research and industry trends consumer behaviour. Create support materials (promotional offers, sales pitches, roadmap). Implementation in store with trade marketing merchandising. Requirements: Already based in Paris. Minimum of 3 years’ higher education, business school or university. Flexibility and ability to be effective in a fast-changing environment. Analytical and time management skills. Strong knowledge of Excel is mandatory. (Pack Office) French mother tongue, fluent in English is mandatory, Italian is a plus. The candidate should be enrolled in a university or academic course equivalent during the entire internship period. Location: Paris, France (remote work with possibility to work from a coworking space) Starting date: as soon as possible Department: Sales Type of contract: Stage, 6 months (full-time) Remuneration : 750 euros gross per month, reimbursement (50% on public transportation), (50% restaurant tickets) Moleskine is an equal opportunity employer.
