Senior Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple properties Oversee content creation, digital marketing, media relations and PR Manage social media platforms, paid media, SEO/SEM and e-mail marketing Work closely with GM teams, sales, and designers to roll out campaigns Lead brand development, guest communications, and in-house collateral Build and manage a small internal team and external marketing partners Report on marketing ROI, lead generation, and occupancy-driven initiatives Ideal Candidate: 5 years senior marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands Deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing tools Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills Excellent writing and storytelling abilityable to translate brand ethos into campaigns Comfortable presenting to executives, managing agency relationships and driving deadlines What Youll Receive: Competitive salary performance incentives Hybrid flexibility (onsite travel to properties required) Work with some of SAs most celebrated luxury destinations Strategic impact with freedom to innovate
