What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and implement a content strategy tailored for the Italian market, aligned with overall marketing goals. Create compelling financial and marketing content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and website copy to drive engagement and educate users. Translate and adapt existing content from other languages, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy for the Italian audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated strategies aligned with business objectives. Establish external editorial collaborations to promote the Italian edition. Analyze content performance to identify trends and optimize content strategies. Monitor Italian financial market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation. Stay updated on best practices in digital marketing and financial services. Deepen understanding of our financial products and services, translating complex concepts into clear, accessible language. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. Proven experience in content creation, especially within the financial sector or with a strong portfolio of financial writing. Excellent writing and editing skills in Italian, with a strong journalistic background. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and content marketing principles. Ability to create, edit, and share content (including video) on social media. Financial knowledge and a genuine interest in financial markets. Excellent communication skills in Italian (native preferred) and proficient English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Presentable, approachable, and communicative. Motivated for professional growth. Advantages: Strong on-camera presence and public speaking skills.
