Job Description - PR&Marketing Executive (HOT0BMKZ) Job Description PR&Marketing Executive ( Job Number: HOT0BMKZ Work Location : Hilton Molino Stucky Venice Giudecca 810 Venice 30133 A PR&Marketing Executive plays an important role in assisting the Line Manager in achieving key objectives in line with the annual marketing and PR plan, current initiatives, and relevant activities. The marketing and PR team performs an integral role in bringing together all functional areas to ensure commercial targets are met. The executive manages individual projects related to marketing, media relations, and internal communications, along with performing day-to-day administrative duties. What will I be doing? As PR&Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing the marketing plan and activities to increase brand awareness, communicate promotions to target markets, and address hotel business needs. Your tasks will include: Coordinating and assisting with marketing and PR strategies, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting results. Supporting promotional activities, collateral development, and maintaining media libraries. Promoting hotel marketing activities to media outlets covering F&B, rooms, and events. Supporting internal communications, including press releases, newsletters, speeches, and interviews. Supporting marketing and PR events such as special events, sponsorships, exhibitions, and property inspections. Managing media relations, social media tracking, press kit updates, and media database maintenance. Organizing media familiarization trips and managing on-site photoshoots and filming. Monitoring social media activity and ensuring brand standards are maintained across all collateral. Assisting in loyalty marketing activities and online content management. Responding to customer postings and managing online reputation. Managing Execution Supporting content management across hotel websites, OTAs, social media, and partnerships. Developing reports on marketing activities and results. Maintaining and growing hotel databases, monitoring local news, and informing management of relevant issues. Reviewing third-party website content and conducting competitive analysis. Ensuring all marketing and PR archives are current and comprehensive. Supporting crisis communication efforts and achieving performance goals. Developing Talent This role emphasizes self-development over team development. Building Relationships Establishing effective communication with hotel departments and external partners. Developing relationships with media, community organizations, government officials, and suppliers. Working collaboratively within the marketing and PR team and supporting hotel departments. What are we looking for? Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Experience in marketing and/or press relations, preferably in hospitality. Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in native language is a plus. Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. College-level education or equivalent experience. Effective interaction with management and key stakeholders. Understanding of marketing and PR strategies and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, budget management, and project planning. Commercial awareness, adaptability, and sound judgment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Integrity, passion, attention to detail, and creativity. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
