As part of our ambitious strategy to transform our Supply Chain operations and unlock new growth opportunities, we are investing in innovative capabilities—including the development of a state-of-the-art automated warehouse in Italy—to enhance the way we serve our customers and suppliers across EMEA. Job Purpose We are looking for a proactive Junior Process Lead to support key elements of this transformation. Working within the wider Supply Chain & ERP Programme, this role will contribute to the successful delivery of regional initiatives by supporting process mapping, change implementation, KPI definition, and continuous improvement efforts across logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about supply chain transformation and eager to grow within a fast-paced, future-focused environment. New Automated Warehouse Integration: Collaborate with project teams to ensure operational processes align with the capabilities and requirements of our new automated warehouse—from inbound and storage flows to picking and outbound distribution. Process Mapping & Documentation: Create and maintain clear process maps, SOPs, and user guides to support training and operational alignment. Change Implementation Support: Help coordinate pilots and go-lives for new processes, working closely with local site teams and change champions to gather feedback, monitor performance, and adjust as needed. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with teams such as IT, Operations, Planning, and Transportation to support cross-functional alignment and timely project deliverables. Operational Data & Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting process performance data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Continuous Improvement: Identify pain points or opportunities for enhancement in warehouse and logistics operations, supporting the development and testing of solutions. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Support the delivery of training materials and workshops to ensure understanding and adoption of new processes. Process Governance: Ensure process standards are followed and contribute to updates on process status and health for leadership. Risk & Issue Tracking: Monitor potential risks and issues related to processes and escalate as necessary for resolution. Personal Specification Essentials: 1–3 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or similar; internships or graduate programs are also welcome. Interest in automation, digital tools, and technology to streamline supply chain operations. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. Comfortable working with diverse teams across regions and time zones. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing environment and is eager to learn and grow. Desirable Experience in a complex, international project environment. Experience within Transport/Logistics. Familiarity with project coordination or change management practices. Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Multilingual capabilities and international experience are advantageous. RS Group We are a global provider of industrial products and solutions, serving customers with over 750,000 stocked products and a commitment to excellent service. Our values—teamwork, delivering brilliantly, integrity, and continuous improvement—guide us as we aim for greatness together. J-18808-Ljbffr
