Job Description
Senior Director, Product Management (Global Payroll / GlobalView technology) The role of Senior Director, Global Payroll Product Management will be responsible for the successful delivery of global payroll features for clients and associates. This role will lead the evolution of the GlobalView payroll technology to support organizational business objectives. The Senior Director, Product Management will lead a team of product managers through the full product lifecycle to define a product vision and roadmap based on client needs and market factors, deliver against the roadmap, and track product adoption. WHAT YOU’LL DO : Influence Product and Go-To-Market Strategies : Drive the strategic direction of products; oversee development and management of product roadmaps. Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, driving innovation, strategy, growth, and revenue. Articulate strategies and evaluate options; secure buy-in from teams and leadership. Identify opportunities for acquisition, competitive positioning, and other needs outside of ADP. Interface, present, and influence executive levels at ADP. Portfolio Planning and Prioritization : Respond to market shifts affecting multiple products to maximize benefits. Plan for emerging technologies, interpret market needs, and influence product and service improvements. Have deep knowledge of the multi-country payroll market. Align priorities with executive sponsors and guide teams on feature development based on customer and market needs. Customer Experience and Market Orientation : Respond to market shifts to maximize benefits across products. Demonstrate cross-product thinking, define the product ecosystem, and design end-to-end client experiences. Negotiate with stakeholders to influence decisions. Product Acumen and Metrics : Define and monitor key metrics to measure product success and adoption rates. Track meaningful KPIs aligned with product OKRs. Product Leadership and Impact : Lead product groups, provide thought leadership, and oversee the entire product lifecycle. Organize teams, develop talent, and build relationships with engineering, design, and business leaders. Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience managing multiple agile, user-centered product and development teams. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Thought leadership, effective cross-functional partnership, strong communication skills, and experience applying industry trends to product strategy.
