Civil Engineer Kern County | Permanent Opportunity | We are working with an exclusive client, assisting them with their Civil Engineer opportunity. The Civil Engineer will need experience in civil engineering design, particularly in land development. The ideal Civil Engineer will be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles. Civil Engineering license is preferred, it is not required of this employee. Overview of the Civil Engineer: Partner with engineers and project managers to produce comprehensive design plans for residential, commercial, and industrial land development initiatives. Leverage AutoCAD Civil 3D to generate precise site layouts, grading plans, sewer systems, storm drain designs, and related construction documents. Ensure all design work aligns with municipal, state, and company-specific regulations and standards. Incorporate feedback from project managers and regulatory agencies to revise and refine design plans. Maintain thorough and organized documentation for each project throughout its lifecycle. Continuously stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and design best practices to enhance project outcomes. Requirements of the Civil Engineer: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil design, with a focus on land development projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Preferred EIT Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. A Civil Engineering license (PE) is preferred but not required. LI-EM1 LI-Onsite
