Key Responsibilities of the Customer Success Specialist: Responding quickly and professionally to customer queries across email, chat, phone, and social media Supporting customers in the UK, US, and Germany (dont worry, you dont need to speak German!) Maintaining customer accounts and following up to ensure every issue is resolved Sharing feedback to help us improve our products and service Collaborating with a friendly team to deliver solutions and build trust Embodying the voice and values of our two beautiful brands What We're Looking For: A superstar communicator with excellent English and razor-sharp people skills Confidence on the phone and in writing, with a helpful, can-do attitude Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment UK work authorisation (required) Own transport preferred due to shift hours and location (on-site only) Whats on Offer?
