You will play a pivotal role in creating, developing, and implementing effective local content and marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Marketing & Communication Manager in developing and implementing new marketing communication ideas Ideating and executing innovative brand activations and special projects Monitoring the competitive landscape to identify collaboration opportunities for the Italian market Ensuring the correct execution of assigned activities in collaboration with internal and external partners Creating synergy with all marketing functions including digital media, social media, marketing communication, trade marketing, events, and PR Supporting other marketing initiatives as needed Maintaining the brand's image across all channels, including copy, creative content, and strategies Tracking performance, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for improvement Analyzing website traffic and social media metrics Contributing to the creation of successful multichannel advertising campaigns to achieve sales objectives Preparing presentations and evaluating marketing performance Coordinating with agencies and consultants Supporting project coordination with sponsored teams, athletes, ambassadors, and key partners To be successful in this role, you should have: Over 5 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field A strong interest in sports and digital marketing A data-driven and analytical approach with a focus on ROI Creativity, proactivity, project management skills, and a can-do attitude Good eye for fashion and aesthetic social content; a network of social talents is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines Excellent command of English at a professional level J-18808-Ljbffr
