RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI: REQUISITI: COSA OFFRIAMO: LUOGO DI LAVORO: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across all channels. This role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, increases brand awareness, and supports customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing, and a passion for innovation, with experience in the gaming or affiliate marketing industries. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with company objectives; Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, communications, and product marketing; Own SEO strategy and oversee the management and optimization not only of company websites; Oversee Social Media strategy and content (managing the existing team), ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals; Coordinate internal and external communications, including PR, podcasts, and social media; Define KPIs and monitor performance; Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment; Identify and support new business development and growth opportunities. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in the gaming industry; Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; Hands-on experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms; Excellent ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
