What You Will Do: Collaborate, coordinate, and support the sales teams to implement commercial excellence strategies such as service efficiency improvement and digital solutions for sales teams. Process and analyze data with a critical view to continuously improve processes aimed at driving business growth, and develop dashboards. Provide general support to other projects across the division, including data collection and processing, presentation development, and reporting. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Power BI. Fluent in English and Spanish or Italian. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international and virtual environment. Strong digital, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Available for a full-time traineeship or apprenticeship.
