We are looking to expand our team with a Designer/Product Developer Specialist in our TeamWear Department. This role involves actively participating in concept development, proposing technical solutions, translating concepts into technical drawings, producing tech packs, and supporting the entire product and graphic design process while ensuring high quality and fit consistency. Role Responsibilities and Activities Coordinate the development process of Alpinestars projects within the main seasonal collection and customized projects. Monitor the production process during the product lifecycle across multiple categories, focusing on details to optimize costs without compromising quality. Liaise with external suppliers and maintain good communication with internal stakeholders. Set up and maintain Bill of Materials and measurement charts, sharing updates with suppliers. Create manuals and guidelines to standardize the development process. Maintain the internal archive. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Design/Product Development (Apparel) or relevant experience in a related field, preferably in the sports-lifestyle industry. Knowledge and passion for Motorsport are highly desirable. Good understanding of pattern making and grading. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software. Ability to provide 3D development solutions is advantageous. Flexible and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Organized, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines.
