Position Details: Team: 6 Full-time MDs, a pool of PRN and Part-time providers, and 5 Full-time APPs with PRN options. Locations: Rotate between 2 area locations. Schedule: 40 hours per week, salaried, with weekend rotation (usually 1-2 weekends/month). Hours: 8am-8pm M-F and 8am-4pm S/S. Patient Cases: Walk-in, fast-track patients with issues like fractures, cuts, STI, pelvic exams, hypertension, chest pains. Procedures: I&D, suturing, toenail removal, splinting, simple casting. Patient Volume: 80 patients on weekdays, 60-80 on weekends, staffing a minimum of 2 providers at each location daily. Call Schedule: No call, no nights, rotating holidays. Qualifications: New grads with relevant clinical experience accepted.
