Your daily tasks include : Securing new customer wins and maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers Providing technical product overviews tailored to customer needs Enhancing technical knowledge to deliver innovative solutions for cloud customer success Positioning competitive offerings based on customer requirements Auditing implementation requirements and pricing to ensure accurate customer projections Serving as the technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and potential customers Conducting group and individual training sessions on relevant topics Researching and staying updated on the latest developments in cloud technologies and pricing You must speak and write Dutch at a native level and be fluent in English (B2 level). A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development is required; experience in technical sales or presales is preferred. A broad understanding of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions is necessary. Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred, especially in computer science, mathematics, or engineering. Relevant experience in these fields is a plus. You should have good computer skills, a passion for cloud computing technologies, and an understanding of business drivers and emerging trends. A Fundamentals certification is required upon starting; L200 certification is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills, familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, and experience from retail sales, internships, or entrepreneurial programs are advantageous. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
