Job Description
Training Administration Co-ordinator Our client based in the Shropshire countryside between Wellington and Shrewsbury is looking of a full time, temporary to permanent training co-ordinator to join there established and success full team. You will providing administrative support, great and direct customers, answer and respond to calls and e-mails, manage the company’s social media platforms and manage key customer accounts. In addition, you will be managing key accounts, reporting back on the progress of learners, funding status and status of individuals learning, co-ordinating funding learning providers, ensure learners meet eligibility and assess the feasibility of learners. As also as part of this busy role, you will also be fielding training enquires, co-ordinating classroom courses, and managing and taking payment for training activities. Ideal Candidate Previous experience of working within a busy office environment is essential Ability to self-manage and be accountable for own responsibilities and objectives Excellent numeracy, written English, verbal communication and listening skills Able to communicate at all levels, can deliver both positive and negative feedback to learners. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Thorough when completing administrative tasks Excellent time management & organisation skills – able to multitask effectively Ability to work well under pressure and to meet set targets and deadlines. Good IT skills – able to use Microsoft packages Positive can-do attitude.
