English Teacher

We have a great opportunity for an English Teacher to deliver accredited learning to disengaged learners undertaking English study programmes such as Functional Skills, GCSE, and A Level. You will develop learner-centred teaching, learning and assessment strategies, which contribute to increased retention, achievement, and progression of the young people we support. You will have: * Qualified to deliver accredited English programmes of study. * Possession of a relevant teaching or training qualification (e.g. QTS, QTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CERT ED or equivalent) * Experience of teaching on and assessing accredited English qualifications from Entry Level to Level 3. * An ongoing interest in and knowledge of recent developments in English qualification delivery.
