Marketing Manager – Strategic Leadership for Property and Hospitality Brands We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for both a city development project and the renowned Lodge. This is a high-impact role ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver real business results. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Development Create and execute innovative marketing strategies that promote the city development and Lodge. Your campaigns will drive investor interest, support property sales, and increase guest bookings. End-to-End Project Leadership Lead marketing projects from concept through to execution. Ensure all initiatives align with broader business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. Investor-Focused Campaigns Develop targeted marketing campaigns designed to engage high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, effectively positioning the project as a premium investment opportunity. Property Sales Marketing Create and lead focused marketing strategies to support the sales team in reaching property sales targets. This includes digital, print, and event-based marketing. Creative Direction Oversee the development of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, digital content, and sales decks. Ensure all materials are visually compelling and aligned with brand standards. Social Media Management Supervise and coordinate social media teams to ensure brand consistency, audience engagement, and performance across platforms. Leadership and Initiative Act as a hands-on leader who can work independently while effectively managing teams. Take initiative in identifying opportunities and driving marketing innovation. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within real estate or hospitality Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent written and visual communication abilities Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy Experience working with investor or high-end client audiences is a strong advantage
