Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and report to senior management. Requirements: University graduate with relevant experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate/wholesale banking or Branch/Back Office Operations. Knowledge of banking operation processes such as Trade Finance, Global Markets & Treasury, Payment, Loan. Good communication and writing skills. Strong team player with interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. Positive, proactive personality with a KAIZEN mindset. Experience in business analytics and/or low/no code app development is advantageous.
