job Responsibility : - Plan and execute technical tasks necessary for ERP product deployment within educational institutions, including database (MYSQL) conversions, system migrations, system provisioning, and other related services. - Work directly with customers at colleges and universities to ensure technical compatibility and successful system integration. - Serve as a Key Liaison, working effectively across all phases of software implementations, from planning to go-live and support. - Support implementation teams in system configuration activities and facilitate efficient issue resolution for customer queries. - Contribute to the development and mentoring of the implementation team, helping establish priorities, set objectives, and provide necessary guidance. - Manage the overall implementation process, applying thorough knowledge of college/universities ERP systems. - Coordinate and provide training to college/university users on the implemented ERP system functionalities. Job Requirements (Required Skills & Qualifications) : - 6 to 10 years of experience in ERP implementation and support roles. - Proven experience in ERP Implementation and Support specifically at Educational institutions (college or university). - Thorough knowledge of the Implementation and training processes for college/Universities ERP systems. - Experience with implementing modules such as Education Administration, Human Resources (HR), Finance, and Payroll within an ERP system. - Strong Analytical Ability to understand and map complex workflows within educational institutions. - Basic understanding in programming languages such as OOPS, JAVA, PHP (indicating technical knowledge). - Ability to plan and execute technical deployment tasks like database conversions and system provisioning. - Ability to work directly with customers and serve as a key liaison throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Experience in guiding and mentoring a team. - Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Computers OR Diploma. Desired Skills (Plus Points) : - Experience with specific University/College ERP systems. - Experience with other database systems in a migration context. - Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). - Experience in a consulting environment.
