Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and expand the dealership’s market presence. Build and manage strategic partnerships with other car dealers, finance companies, and service providers. •Develop comprehensive market strategies and collaborate with the marketing team and external partners to launch campaigns, promotions, advertising, and social media initiatives. Identify and establish new sales channels and partnerships to expand the company’s network. Monitor daily sales activities and support the sales team in meeting and exceeding targets; analyze performance and implement improvement plans as needed. Streamline dealership operations, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Prepare monthly sales reports, budget forecasts, and contribute to strategic business reviews with the executive team. Lead and inspire a team of salespeople, providing coaching, training, and regular performance evaluations. Champion a customer-first approach by ensuring high service standards across all customer touchpoints. Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of the local automotive market and customer preferences. Demonstrated success in driving business growth and team performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
