The Role You Will Be Responsible For Taking a "design brief" to understand requirements. Developing original designs for marketing collateral and marketing decks. Website SEO. Creating suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey. Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages. Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance. Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions. Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions. Designing and developing a strong employer branding strategy. One-year contract with the possibility to convert to a permanent role. Ideal Profile Strong design eye and understanding of design concepts. At least 1 year of experience ideally in Design or Digital Marketing. Good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate ideas to stakeholders. Experience within the industry would be a strong advantage. Attention to detail and high-quality work delivery.
