Job Description
Overview The role that will be tasked to support the Digital Manager, Marketing to drive the digital agenda for Pizza Hut brand across Acquisition, Conversion, and Retention. Expectations Campaign Management Oversee and drive the execution of Limited Time Offer (LTO) campaigns across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand message across both online and offline channels. Provide clear feedback to agencies and vendor partners to align LTO and broader marketing campaigns with business objectives and marketing goals. E-commerce & Customer Relationship Management Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Actively involved in the functionality, design, and user experience on CRM and e-commerce platforms. Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain and update Pizza Hut’s owned digital channel, including but not limited to the website, mobile app, and Google My Business. Food Aggregator Management Maintain and update food aggregator channels, including but not limited to GrabFood, Deliveroo, and FoodPanda. Ensure that food aggregator menus are updated promptly and accurately. Coordinate the end-to-end execution of promotions, ensuring that they are launched on time and as per the pre-defined schedule. Proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the promotion launch process, finding creative solutions to keep promotions on track. Reporting Manage reports and monitor digital performance campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic, CRM, FA) and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) from agencies and owned platforms. Use analytic tools to track, monitor, and optimize digital presence for growth, marketing efficiency, and ROI. Conduct comprehensive research on competitors' marketing strategies, product offerings, pricing, and promotional activities on a regular basis. Administrative Support Tracking media spending and activities to ensure that billing is done accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure that all documents and reports (media plans, post-campaign reports, digital assets, etc) are filed properly. Any other duties assigned. Experience and Education University graduate/Diploma in Business Management or Digital Marketing 1 year’s minimum relevant working experience Working knowledge with analytics and reporting tools, tech and digital savvy Key Skills and Attitude Understanding of marketing basics, a digital native who is keen on expanding their career in this area. Positive & enthusiastic team player who can collaborate well with people at all levels across the organisation. Good written and oral communication skills. Detailed orientated with a strong sense of work prioritisation. Willingness to learn. Proactive with a resourceful mindset that is focused on achieving the best outcome. Self-motivated and able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing and undefined environment. Flair in creative design and copywriting skills is a plus.
