Communicate with patients to obtain detailed case histories. Coach first-time contact lens wearers and provide professional advice and solutions to customers and patients. Keep and maintain detailed patient records of eye health and purchases. Dispense and manage inventory of contact lenses, trials, and solutions. Issue prescriptions for contact lenses, explaining features of the products with good product knowledge. Supervise and train new or junior Optometrists, Opticians, and Sales Executives. Maintain all equipment and measuring devices in good working condition. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Optometry from a recognised college (e.g., Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic). Must be eligible for registration or registered with OOB. Retail experience is advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
