The Role : We are looking for Campaign Consultant Key Responsibilities : - Campaign Design & Implementation: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement data-driven marketing or business campaigns using SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and appropriate technologies - Design & Implementation: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design, configure, and implement data-driven marketing or business campaigns using SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and appropriate technologies. - Technical Development & Automation: Develop custom scripts and tools using JavaScript, Java, VB, C#, or PHP to automate campaign workflows, data transformations, and integrations with other systems. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage SQL to extract, analyze, and transform data for campaign targeting, performance analysis, and customer segmentation. Create detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making. - Web Integration Support: Assist with the integration of campaign elements into websites and digital platforms, utilizing HTML, CSS, and knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events to ensure proper functionality. - Client Communication & Documentation: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and provide campaign performance insights. Document technical specifications, processes, and campaign outcomes clearly and accurately. Skills Required : - Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL) - Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP) - Knowledge on Web Technologies like HTML, CSS would be a plus - Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation - Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated - Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages - Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events a plus - Project Management skills a plus - Ability to develop creative solutions to problems - Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment - Able to work independently with minimal supervision - Experience leading team members will be a plus Qualifications & Experience : - Any graduation - 6 years of experience (ref:hirist.tech)
