ABOUT THE ROLE Pan Pacific London is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Banqueting Kitchen. You will be organising kitchen operations, preparing and serving a range of dishes whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade. The excellent teamwork, communication and leadership skills will support the kitchen team and assist in the smooth operations of Banqueting Kitchen.The successful Chef de Partie candidate will promote the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the Pan Pacific Hotels Group and the brand ethos. ROLE OVERVIEW: Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards. Oversee the operations of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service. Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet the restaurant's quality standards in taste, presentation, and consistency. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in your section, adhering to all food safety regulations.
