As ESG Data Administrator, you'll play a key role in powering our sustainability ambitions, supporting the ESG and Procurement teams with the collation, categorization, and analysis of ESG data. You'll help ensure transparency and accountability across our operations, supporting initiatives like our Net Zero certification, annual Impact Report 2025, employee engagement activities, and more. You'll be responsible for: Collecting and analysing key ESG data (Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions) across our hotel portfolio Recalibrating environmental data to different metrics — property, available room (PAR), occupied room (POR), square metres, and full-time equivalent (FTE) Creating and managing a new ESG data hub, ensuring clear, accurate record-keeping Supporting Scope 3 supply chain data extraction and supplier engagement for validation Working closely with our Group Head of Procurement and ESG consultants to achieve Planet Mark Advanced Business Certification What you'll bring A real passion for environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics and sustainability Good understanding of environmental terminology (e.g., GHG Protocol, CO2e measurements, UN SDGs) IT confident — particularly skilled with Excel and Microsoft Office programmes A keen eye for detail with strong numeracy and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you're comfortable presenting ideas and insights Organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and deliver at pace A collaborative, people-first mindset — someone who builds strong relationships across teams What you'll get in return As well as all the things you'd expect from us, such as great staff areas to recharge in, wholesome meals on duty, pension and healthcare schemes, we'll take care of you at every step of your journey so that you can take care of our guests.
