Marketing Executive

We are recruiting for a leading specialist glass supplier used in the construction industry. With a growing presence in both domestic and commercial markets, they are looking to expand their marketing efforts and enhance their digital footprint. We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Executive with a passion for social media to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy, aligning it with overall marketing and business goals. * Create engaging, original, and visually appealing content for a range of social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok). * Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics and engagement, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes. * Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted social promotions and integrated campaigns. * Ensure brand consistency in voice, messaging, and visuals across all social media platforms. * Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing. * Respond promptly and professionally to social media enquiries and comments to foster a positive community experience. To thrive in this role, you will ideally have: * A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Proven experience managing social media platforms for business and brand promotion. * A solid understanding of SEO principles and web traffic metrics. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and design. * Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * A proactive and adaptable approach, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
