Provide targeted support to individual students and small groups, helping them grasp key concepts. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence. Support classroom management and ensure a safe, respectful learning space. Take part in planning sessions and staff meetings to contribute to whole-school development. Gain invaluable experience for a future PGCE or teacher training application.
