This role supports the Customer Demand/Data Management function and includes involvement in outbound logistics and data-driven projects. As the team’s processes mature, the role will gradually phase out, making this a high-impact, time-sensitive opportunity. Key Responsibilities: - • Analyze and manage customer demand and operational data. • Support outbound logistics and supply chain activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency. • Drive continuous improvement through data insights and reporting. • Skills & Experience Required: - • Advanced Excel skills and VBA proficiency. • Experience in supply chain operations and outbound logistics. • Strong business acumen and self-motivation. • Creative problem-solving and process improvement mindset. • Familiarity with SAP, Tableau, and ARIS process mapping. Education & Knowledge: - • Understanding of logistics, warehouse, and export processes. • Awareness of global business conditions in the automotive sector. • Knowledge of LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
