Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Student looking to gain hands-on experience in events and marketing? The company Our client is a group of six smart agencies providing clients with marketing strategy, creative and digital solutions, live, virtual and hybrid events, data analytics and PR across many market sectors. They’re well-established and have developed a reputation for delivering and exceeding expectations for some of the world’s best-known brands, including HP, Microsoft, Curry’s, Royal Caribbean, and many more. The role This is an exciting entry-level role at a creative and digital agency doing great things. You’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills relevant to your interests, and opportunities for full-time careers upon graduation. Joining the company, you’ll provide customer support to multiple high-profile clients by dealing with inbound queries. Responsibilities include: Creation and sending of client marketing emails using a range of tools such as Campaign Monitor Help managing shared inboxes, responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and according to client SLA’s Supporting the wider company with research, proposal writing and budget creation Assisting with the setup and breakdown of in-person events and corporate training events (e.g. setting up banners and merchandise, manning registration desks, engaging with client teams to encourage participation, management and tracking of merchandise giveaways). Assist with packing, inventory tracking and transporting event materials (must have own car and clean driving licence) Prize administration to include sourcing, purchasing, packaging and delivery, for example, theatre breaks, hospitality, and branded merchandise Weekly status calls/meetings on project activity with the internal team, highlighting any challenges and developing ways of working Assisting the wider digital team with internal testing of new programs/websites/apps and amendments About You Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree (preferably in Events, Marketing, Communications, or a related field). Friendly, proactive, and confident communicator. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Able to remain calm and work effectively under pressure Comfortable working early mornings or long days during events. Be self-motivated with strong team spirit Be able to work independently with little supervision and work well with other team members Have the desire to develop, upskill, and progress within your role Willingness to travel within the UK (travel costs covered). Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email platforms; experience with email marketing tools is a bonus. What You’ll Gain First-hand experience in live event delivery and logistics.
