Phase 1: Getting to Grips with Recruitment Finding top talent - Searching CV databases for skilled candidates. Writing job adverts - Creating engaging posts to attract the right people. Handling enquiries - Speaking with job seekers and clients via phone and email. Learning the trade - Understanding the motor industry and how we recruit.Phase 2 (Circa month 6-9): Stepping Into Recruitment Working with a skilled consultant - Learning directly from an expert recruiter. Speaking with candidates - Matching them to their perfect roles. Building client relationships - Engaging with businesses and helping them hire.
