Senior Manager International Tax

Senior Manager - International Tax Location: Düsseldorf Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - International Tax to join their globally operating tax team. This role will focus on international tax compliance, reporting, and advisory matters, ensuring adherence to Pillar II regulations and supporting tax-related initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Implementation of global minimum tax regulations (Pillar II) and coordination of Pillar II tax returns worldwide. Design and execution of Pillar II reporting for quarterly and annual financial statements, including preparation of notes. Development of minimum tax reports and management of related IT calculation tools. Coordination of Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and public tax transparency initiatives. Provide ongoing tax advisory to group companies on international tax matters. Support German and international tax audits and M&A or corporate restructuring projects. Manage relationships with external tax advisors and facilitate internal training on tax regulations. Your Profile: Degree in business administration, economics, law, or a related field. Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) qualification. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an international corporate tax department or Big Four firm. Strong understanding of international tax law, reporting, and compliance. High affinity for tax processes and technology. Fluent in German and English , both written and spoken.
