This is a lovely role in which you will have genuine independence and in which you will create the marketing strategies that will drive the growth of this fashion brand in Europe . This role is offered as 100% remote and would best suit someone who loves e-commerce and has a good understanding of the digital marketing, both online and offline. You should have a solid understanding of the German market and culture. The company is growing fast, and you will be the only person to work in Germany for now and this role is viewed as a key appointment. You will work closely with the Marketing, PR & Strategy Team in Shanghai and Singapore. There is potential to develop within your role as you grow a Team around you. The Role: Scope out the e-commerce landscape in Germany to help with strategic growth plans Research the fashion e-commerce landscape Research the competition ( including pricing strategies ) Put together marketing analysis, marketing trends, market and competitor insights. Prepare reports that will help senior decision makers develop marketing strategies including branding, social media, SEP, and PPC. Oversee brand positioning and strategy, Provide creative insights into what customers are buying, demographics etc Plan online and offline marketing campaigns Requirements: Previous Marketing experience in e-commerce and online retail Ideally a fashion background, preferably a Luxury Brand Fluent German, English and Mandarin Degree educated preferable but not essential
