Who We Are Looking For State Street Global Markets is seeking to hire a VP G10 FX Trader. This position will report to the Head of Trading in Hong Kong. What You Will Be Responsible For As Global Markets G10 FX Trader The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting and managing G10 FX risk. The candidate will be responsible for pricing clients and managing the bank's internal orderbook as well as being expected to take risk within defined limits and achieve set revenue targets. To oversee G10 FX risk in MACH (our electronic platform) and collaborate with our eFX team regionally and globally to enhance risk management within MACH. To provide exceptional support and pricing to our regional and global sales teams to support the sales business and grow our franchise. To adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements associated with being a trader at State Street. In addition to G10 spot trading, the candidate should be able to quote Deliverable Swaps and Forwards to expand product knowledge and coverage for the desk. Education & Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years experience in FX market making is preferred. Strong communication skills. Confident, hardworking, and maintains high ethical standards. Proactive in engaging, identifying, and pursuing opportunities beyond individual responsibilities. Awareness and adherence to regulatory and ethical market practices (training provided).
