Project Role Description : Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). Must have skills : SailPoint IdentityNow Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience Summary : As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day involves overseeing project implementation, utilizing method, tools, training, and assets to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities : - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead project planning and execution - Ensure project milestones are met - Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills : - SailPoint IDNOW (ISC) Developer - Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles - Experience in implementing security solutions - Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations - Hands-on experience in managing security projects Additional Information : - At least 7-8 yrs of total SailPoint exp and min 2-3 yrs in ISC Dev. - A Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience is required (ref:hirist.tech)
