Full-Time Opportunity: Mental Health Worker Responsibilities: Facilitate a variety of creative, supportive, social, therapeutic, and skill development groups, both independently and with teammates. Collaborate with the treatment team to address consumer-related concerns. Participate in the effective implementation of Individualized Recovery Plans (IRPs). Provide supervision and utilize crisis intervention skills as needed. Follow all documentation guidelines in line with the program’s standards. Qualifications: BSW in Social Work, BA/BS in Psychology, or a related field. Previous experience is desired but not required. Valid New Jersey Driver’s License. Shift: Monday through Thursday: 9am - 5pm Friday: 9am - 4pm Per Diem Opportunity: Mental Health Worker Responsibilities: Safely transport youth to and from the adolescent partial care program. Assist partial care staff with group activities designed by program management. Help youth prepare for social and recreational activities. Report vehicle condition and issues to program management and maintain an accurate log of mileage and transportation. Qualifications: BSW in Social Work, BA/BS in Psychology, or a related field. AA with two years of experience working with the adolescent population, or a High School Diploma with five years of experience working with adolescents.
