Java full Stack Developer with React Exp : 7-10 yrs Location : Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. This role demands a seasoned professional who can seamlessly navigate both backend Java development and frontend React development, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs. : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related backend technologies. - Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Integrate backend APIs and services with the frontend React applications. - Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers. - Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in both Java and frontend development. - Mentor and guide junior developers on the team. - Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Ensure the security and performance of the applications. - Work with databases (e.g., relational, NoSQL) and understand data modeling principles. - Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Skills and Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 7-10 years of professional experience in full-stack development. - Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, etc.). - Extensive experience in developing single-page applications (SPAs) using React and its core principles. - Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with state management libraries in React (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience with build tools and package managers (e.g., Maven, Gradle, npm, yarn). - Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git. - Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito) and frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
