Multiskilled Static Engineer

EH20 are delighted to be working with a large facilities management organisation that is looking to recruit a Multiskilled Static Engineer to work on a large-scale facility in the Battersea area. This role is a permanent role and is ideal for a Multiskilled Engineer looking for a static role with a renowned organisation. Main Duties: * Scheduled maintenance and repair of building services assets. * Respond to breakdowns and reactive calls. * Diagnose faults and complete repairs or advise on actions. * Monitor plant, equipment, and systems to ensure service continuity. * Conduct dynamic risk assessments and escalate concerns. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. * Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations for hazardous materials. * Review maintenance procedures and complete engineers logs. * Assist in creating SOPs and EOPs. * Available for overtime or shift work. * Maintain company brand standards. * Regular contact with Service Desk, Supervisors, Contract Managers, and Customer contacts. Qualifications and Experience: * C&G Level 3 or equivalent in relevant subject (Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration). * ONC/HNC building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering. * NVQ Level 3 * Recognized EITB apprenticeship (Maintenance and Operations Engineering MOET), or similar. * 2 years of experience in engineering and maintenance services within the building services industry. * Fully conversant with electrical and mechanical maintenance activities. * Competency in basic IT and computer skills
