What You’ll Be Doing: * Carrying out a mix of planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across essential systems and equipment * Troubleshooting and resolving issues to keep operations running safely and efficiently * Working closely with internal teams and external contractors to support ongoing performance * Playing an active role in site safety, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives * Keeping accurate maintenance records and supporting a proactive maintenance culture What You’ll Bring: * Recognised mechanical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, Apprenticeship or similar) * Experience in a technically demanding, hands-on environment — industrial, process or utilities preferred * A safety-first mindset and a solid approach to problem-solving * A collaborative attitude and willingness to grow with the team * Familiarity with digital maintenance systems is a plus What’s On Offer: * £47,000 salary plus performance-related bonus * Living/commuting allowance (~£4,600) * Monday to Friday – days only (no shifts) * Generous holiday allowance enhanced pension scheme * Long-term career prospects in a stable, growing industry * Supportive culture with training and development from day one
