Job Description

Business & Sales Manager Salary £41,009 - £44,500 per annum (placement will be dependant on experience) Full-time - 35 hours per week This is an exciting new opportunity with the City of Glasgow International Limited, based with the City of Glasgow College’s Riverside Campus, for an experienced Business and/or Sales Manager with a commercial training discipline. To be the successful candidate, you must: ▪ educated to degree level and/or have the appropriate professional qualification, such as Chartered Institute Management or Chartered Management Institute. ▪ have significant experience of developing, deploying and leading a diverse staffing team. ▪ be able to evidence delivering customer excellence through customer focussed agenda and being able to increase revenue streams. ▪ can build effective relationships with industry that will allow you to deliver dynamic, creative and innovative learning opportunities, particularly around the delivery of Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) short courses. Ideally, you will have record of delivering business development and/or improvement, along with experience of generating income from overseas or from new partnerships and hold a relevant professional qualification.
