Job Description
The Marketing and Campaigns manager will be responsible for developing, supporting and delivering RedRock Consulting’s marketing strategy. The role includes designing and implementing b2b and b2c campaigns, creating and managing social media and website content and running small events to support new business. This is an opportunity for a marketer in the early stages of their career to join a small Bristol business, enabling them to develop their skills and knowledge across a broad range of marketing disciplines. We also believe the role might fit someone returning to work from maternity/paternity leave that is restricted on working hours. This is a hands-on role where you will have the potential to add a tremendous amount of value to the business as well as taking the lead on our marketing initiatives. Reports to The Chief Digital Officer. Principal duties and responsibilities * Co-lead and Support Marketing and Campaigns Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and campaigns strategy that aligns with RedRock's key objectives in specific sectors. * Campaign Development and Management: Lead the development, execution, and management of marketing campaigns that support RedRock's objectives. Ensure campaigns are innovative, effective, and deliver measurable results. * Digital Presence Management: Own and manage the interaction between our website, CRM, and LinkedIn presence. Ensure all digital platforms are integrated and optimized for maximum engagement and lead generation. * Email Marketing Initiatives: Plan, create, and deliver email marketing campaigns. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimize future campaigns. * Event Programme Support: Support RedRock's event programme, including both paid-for and owned events. Coordinate event logistics, marketing, and follow-up activities to ensure successful execution. * Content Creation: Support the Development of compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website. * Performance Analytics: Utilize performance analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, Pre-sales and Consulting, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals. * Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Use findings to inform marketing strategies and campaigns. Skills * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a marketing, communications, PR, or campaigns position. * Technical Proficiency: An understanding of email marketing, CRM systems, and performance analytics, but a willingness to learn and improve is equally as important. * Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Creativity: Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content. * Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions. * Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
