Tenancy Advisor Chichester Up to £29,000 Permanent Hyde is looking to recruit a Tenancy Advisor. Hyde is one of the UKs leading Housing Associations. Resident Services work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care. As a Tenancy Advisor you will be working within the Commercial function to provide our residents with a first point of contact for all tenancy related queries. Responsibilities Respond to tenancy related enquiries from the Hyde Groups residents. Provide a front-line service to support the management of reported tenancy enforcement cases. Prepare and provide accurate information on tenants rights and responsibilities. Work with other teams to provide a seamless service to residents. Work with the Hyde Foundation to maximise referrals for residents whose tenancies maybe at risk.
