Learning Support Assistant - Specialist Autism Provision We are seeking a committed and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join an Autism Specialist School in Wandsworth from September 2025. This role is ideal for someone experienced in supporting students with severe autism and passionate about inclusive, person-centred education. Position: Learning Support Assistant Location: Autism Specialist School, Wandsworth Start Date: September 2025 Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with severe autism. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support plans. Assist with communication (e.g. PECS, Makaton) and behaviour regulation. Support engagement, transitions, and personal care as needed.What We're Looking For: Experience with students with severe autism, ideally in a specialist setting.
