Sheet Metal Worker Location: Peterborough Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm We’re looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our Client in Peterborough. What You Get: Good pay – depending on experience Overtime pay – 1.4x for over 40 hours – 1.7x on Bank Holidays Holidays – 20 days Bank Holidays – Extra days the longer you stay Company pension scheme Friendly and supportive team What You’ll Do: Weld using MIG and TIG methods Read and work from engineering drawings Use workshop machines like CNC Press Brake and Sheet Rolls Work on a mix of different jobs – no two days are the same Work safely and carefully, with support from your line manager What We’re Looking For: Proven sheet metal work /fabrication and welding experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Able to work on your own and as part of a team Comfortable using a range of tools and machines Good understanding of engineering drawings Ideally completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship Interested?
