Job Description
Legal Administrator Are you someone with 6 months administration or customer service experience looking to kickstart your career in the Legal industry? Larbey Evans is working with a leading UK law firm to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to work in a highly autonomous role in their Cheltenham office on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities of the Legal Administrator: Support the Compliance & Risk Team with the completion of client due diligence, conflict checking and the Anti Money Laundering processes Create new files and maintain and update existing files, demonstrating an understanding of the principal documents within file Working effectively and efficiently on the Practice Management System to log and record documents Complete searches at the request of Partners, fee earners, Client Services Leads and Client Services Executives Undertake all file closing procedures including the processing of archiving and retrieval, and photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system Skills & Requirements of the Legal Administrator: A minimum of 6 months administration or customer service experience GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade A–C
