Graduate Planner Location: North West Are you a graduate looking to launch your career in planning? This role is ideal for individuals with an RTPI-accredited degree or those nearing completion. Applications from Human Geography graduates willing to undertake a part-time master's degree in Planning are also welcome. This is your chance to develop your expertise while working with experienced land and planning professionals on a diverse, country-wide portfolio of projects. What You'll Be Doing: Conducting research to support planning applications and site promotion, including policy analysis, socio-economic impacts, and settlement analysis. Evaluating the planning prospects of potential development sites alongside the Land team. Assisting in master planning and site design. Engaging with landowners and agents to secure new sites. Monitoring planning applications and changes in local and national policies. Contributing to representations for Local or Neighbourhood Plan consultations.
