Key Responsibilities: Handle initial enquiries from new clients with professionalism and empathy Support senior fee earners with complex PI and asbestos/mesothelioma claims Draft legal correspondence and documents, including court forms and care statements Prepare court bundles for hearings and trials Conduct in-depth legal and company research (eg on historical defendants) Assist with drafting Part 8 proceedings and applications to restore companies to the register Manage digital files and correspondence using iManage, Elite, MatterSphere, PDF Docs, Microsoft Teams and Outlook 365 Contribute to team marketing efforts, including managing social media, writing legal articles and attending charity/industry events Perform general administrative support across ongoing case files Maintain up-to-date case and file management records ?
