An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Finance Assistant to join a busy team in Crewe, driving financial accuracy and efficiency within the Accounting & Finance department. They are looking for a bright, junior, candidate to join their team. Prior knowledge of working in a similar role is not essential, but beneficial. I am looking for a Graduate with a placement year, AAT studier or an ambitious Graduate looking for an opportunity to carve a finance career. Description Daily bank reconciliations Preparation of journal entries for month end Process monthly expenses Monthly balance sheet Assist with year-end audit deliverables Intercompany reconciliations Fixed assets and depreciation posting Processing weekly ad hoc payments Working closely with the commercial team and wider stakeholders Profile A successful Finance Assistant should have: A relevant numerate degree - Essential Or Studying towards AAT Qualification - Essential Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential Have the desire to become a Qualified Accountant - Essential Job Offer A competitive salary in the range of £26,000-£29,000 Study support package and full training provided Hybrid Working Arrangement following training period A supportive and professional company culture.
